How to use Zip Pay on Hey You+
- 1. Download or open the Hey You app
2. Head to Menu > Payment > Add a Payment Source
3. Select the Zip option, you will be redirected to the Zip Website to log in to your Zip account. If you don't have a Zip account, you can create one
4. Once your account is added, you'll be returned to the Hey You app
5. Select your preferred method: Pay as you go, Manual top-up or Auto top-up
6. Find your favourite restaurant and beat the queue!

Order three times through the Hey You App and choose to pay using your Zip Pay or Zip Money account (“Zip Account”) to get $10 credit back to your Zip Account (“Offer”). This Offer is only available between 12:01AM (AEDT) on Monday 22 June 2020 (AEDT) and 11:59AM (AEDT) on Friday 26 June 2020 ("Offer Period") and is capped at a maximum of $30 AUD credit back per Zip customer (“Maximum Credit Back Amount”).

We’ve launched with Google Food Ordering
Find food and order faster – Now you can use Google Search, Maps or the Assistant to order your food and drinks. Look out for the “Order Takeaway” button in Google Search and Maps when you search for a restaurant or type of cuisine. All of the Hey You merchant partners are automatically synced with Google and are able to receive orders directly through the Google 'order takeaway' button. Merchant partners receive orders seamlessly as like any other Hey You order placed.

A Message from our CEO…
We are facing an unprecedented time in our generation’s history - at this point in time we all need to come together and support our community in whatever way we can. Unfortunately, one of the frontline industries that has been hit drastically by COVID-19 is the hospitality industry with many of our favourite cafes and restaurants struggling to survive through this crisis.
In order to support our merchants, we at Hey You have launched the ability for our customers to gift a virtual coffee or lunch item to their favourite cafe/restaurant. This allows a customer to gift an amount equivalent to a regular coffee or lunch item at their local merchant without expecting to receive any item in return. The idea is to help out the hospitality industry with cashflow in these tough times.
Also given the struggling cashflow of our merchants, we have also decided to forego all of our commissions for the next 4 weeks for any new business generated by our merchant partners.

We are also very delighted on how some of our merchants have created innovative ways of providing additional services to customers at no extra cost - many merchants are now offering Kerbside delivery through the Hey You app so that customers can have their coffee/food items delivered to their cars without having to find a parking or step outside their cars.
We were also impressed when some of our merchants suggested encouraging shakas to our customer base as an alternative form of handshakes so as not to lose the human connection.
As a proud Australian owned and backed startup, we are lucky to be in a position where we can help these cafes and restaurants with their struggling cashflow and are happy to play a small part in helping the hospitality industry during these tough times.
