We've created a free QR code guest registration specifically for your venue. Customers will simply scan the QR code to enter their details. This data will be securely stored in accordance to the government guidelines. The data will be made available to health authorities if there is a potential COVID incident at your venue and will never be used by Hey You for marketing.

 

How do I use the Hey You Covid Tracker?+

    1. Request your unique QR code and URL from covidtracker@heyyou.com.au
    2. Print your unique QR code and display in your venue
    3. Ensure all Dine In customers sign in
    4. The contact details will be securely stored for you
    5. Health authorities can access the data by emailing
    covidtracker@heyyou.com.au with the venue name and time of incident

Terms and Conditions+

    The Hey You Covid Tracker is provided by Hey You Pty Ltd (Hey You) solely for the recording of attendees at venues for the purpose of COVID-19 contact tracing.

    The following Terms and Conditions apply:
    Use of this tool is taken as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions This information must not be used by the venue, Government Agencies, or third parties for any other purpose.

    Hey You does not take responsibility for its use, the quality of the data submitted in the event that false information is submitted, or its use by third parties.

    This tool is provided ‘as is’. Hey You take no responsibility for its use/misuse. The data will be retained on a server for a minimum of 28 days as per the Guidelines. Venues will not be able to access, own, or otherwise use the data for any purpose.

    Data will only been provided to a relevant Government Agency or Body upon receipt of a formal request, or unless otherwise directed by a relevant Government or Court Order. Data will only be provided directly to the requesting Agency or Body.

    All data will be immediately deleted upon advice from the relevant agency that the requirements in the Guidelines have been lifted Details collected will be the Hey You Vendor ID, Name of the Person, Contact phone and e-mail. Entry date and time. IP address of device used.
