To celebrate the launch of our new Team ordering feature Party Order, we’ve teamed up with Lilypad Palm Beach to give one winner and 7 of their friends the ultimate dining experience. Party Order lets friends, family and teammates order together from the same venue, pay individually, and have the Party Host pick up for everyone. Think office lunches and coffee runs, or any other rogue attempt you can come up with to win.

All you need to do is download the Hey You app, host a Party to get $5 back, and the largest Party Order in Australia will win the ultimate team dining experience.

What’s that out on the water? It’s no driftwood, that’s for sure; it’s Lilypad – a unique and luxurious property located in Sydney’s exclusive Palm Beach. Designed for overnight stays, relaxing days on the water, or as an intimate event venue, Lilypad is an exclusive experience.

Here’s what you need to know – The promotion runs from 21 October – 1 November 2019. Whoever hosts the party order with the most participants during this time will be crowned the winner. Even if you’re not in it to win it, still order for a party of three or more and you’ll get $5 back as a voucher, up to $25.

Don’t like your friends? Friends are away? Have no friends? No worries. If you win, you can opt instead for a 1-night accommodation package for you and one other person. For more information on this prize option, read what you can win here.

Invite Friends

As usual, select a place you want to order at and tap the people icon located at the top right corner of the menu.

 
 
 
 

Place your orders

Send the group order link to others and when everyone is done adding their order into the cart, you can close the Party order and complete checkout.

Head to the venue

Once your orders have been accepted, head to the venue and let them know who you are picking up for.

What you can win+

    From 21st October 2019 - 1st November 2019, the party placed with the most amount of users on Hey You, will win the ultimate team dining experience at Lilypad Palm Beach. Additionally, the host will get $5 back on every party order with 3 or more participants (capped at $25/max 5 redemptions).

    Note: The Party feature is available on the latest version of the Hey You iOS app and the desktop version only.

Lilypad Package Prize

    • Promotional period commences on 00:01 21/10/2019 to 23:59 01/11/2019 and applies to all Party orders across Australia.

    • To enter, Eligible Entrants must ‘host’ a Hey You party by inviting others to join and order as a party within the app during the Promotion Period, and make at least one party order with more than 3 users in a party to be eligible.

    • Winner will be announced on 04/11/2019, where the party with the most amount of users on Hey You, will win the ultimate dining experience at Lilypad Palm Beach.

    • If there are multiple parties that are the largest, the first order to have been completed will be deemed the winner.

    Prize conditions

    Winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw. If there are any unclaimed or un­awarded prizes a prize draw will be conducted on 04/11/2019 at the same time and place as the original draw. If a winner is drawn they will be contacted in writing within two (2) business days.

    • Vouchers earned will be distributed via email the week commencing 04/11/2019.

    • The vouchers will be valid for 14 days from 04/11/2019 and any unused vouchers will expire by the 18/11/2019.

    1. As usual, select a place you want to order at.

    5. Once your orders have been accepted, head to the venue and let them know who you are picking up for.

What is a Party?

    Party is a feature on the Hey You app that allows friends, family and teammates to order together, pay for their own food at the same place and the Party Host picks up for everyone – team lunches and coffee runs have never been easier. Best of all, there’s no need to split bills.

Eligibility

    Entry is open to any and all participants that order in a Hey You Party, except those listed below as ineligible. Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.
