The 20 Millionth order was a Cappuccino from Central Grounds at 8:15am on Tuesday 21 May. Since 2016 this loyal customer has placed 266 orders through Hey You.

Our vision is to help Aussies create time for what matters by making the process of ordering food and beverages effortlessly efficient. With teams in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, we are supporting over 1600 cafes and restaurants across the country to allow their customers to experience a more seamless experience and in doing so we’re bringing order ahead convenience to more Aussies than ever before.

The largest order ever made was for $905 and consisted of 80 lunches for a function.

We're delighted to celebrate this milestone with our cafe and restaurant partners nationwide, who made a commitment to provide a more seamless experience for their customers. Australia’s most ordered ahead venue is Toby’s Estate Mascot which has made over 450,000 orders since partnering with Hey You in 2011.

With our first 20 Million orders, we have learnt that people like a physical connection with those that make their food and beverages. Hey You promotes a deeper connection between customers and those that are passionate about food and coffee whilst taking advantage of the convenience that order ahead brings.
