Terms & Conditions

  • This Offer is only available between 12:01AM (AEDT) on Wednesday 15th JUNE 2022 (AEDT) and 11:59PM (AEDT) on Tuesday 20th SEPTEMBER 2022 (“Offer Period”) and is capped at a maximum of $150 AUD credit back per customer (“Maximum Credit Back Amount”). CIMET Sales Pty Ltd ABN 72 620 395 726 referred to herein as ‘Econnex’ (Promoter). Econnex is powered by CIMET.

  • Econnex reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the Offer and Offer Period at its reasonable discretion by publishing revised terms on URL, including (but not limited to) cancelling or in any way modifying this Offer or Offer Period.

  • To be eligible to receive this Offer you must switch to energy and/or gas providers through the link provided by HeyYou.

  • The maximum $150 credit back is applied to the HeyYou Account within 100 days after making the switch of providers.

  • A voucher will be issued for use in the app. The Offer is applicable during the Offer Period up to a maximum of $150 AUD. It needs to be used within 180 days from the time of redemption.

  • A qualified electricity switch is rewarded with $50 Hey You credit

  • A qualified gas switch is rewarded with $50 Hey You credit

  • A qualified sustainable energy switch is rewarded with $50

  • To qualify for sustainable switch, please ensure that a carbon offset plan is chosen from the panel.

  • Econnex does not make any warranties or representations on the delivery, service, quality, quantity, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products sold via Hey You.

  • Nothing in these conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any non-excludable right or remedy you have under law including the Australian Consumer Law. Any disclaimer, exclusion, or limitation as provided for in these conditions applies to the full extent permitted by law and subject to any non-excludable right or remedy.

  • If a switch is cancelled in the first 30 days the customer is ineligible (as this will not be a payable transaction) In case the switch or connect is cancelled within the first 30 days the transaction would be deemed invalid.

  • Availability areas - Offer available only in Econnex serviceable areas within Australia & Not available in Ergon Area (QLD) and embedded networks or non-quotable meters

  • This offer is available to new and existing residential customers

  • Econnex & Hey You are undertaking this offer on behalf of the retailers.
