How do I know which venue is offering rewards?

When you’re searching through the app, venues with a diamond next to their cafe & restaurant name indicates that this venue is offering a reward system to giveaway free food and drinks.

Where do I track my loyalty cards?

At the bottom of your Hey You app, tap the Rewards tab. From here you will see each venue you have ordered from who offer a reward and the progress you have made to unlock the reward.

You also have the ability to sort your cards by progress, distance or name at the top right corner of the Rewards page - which helps when you’re ordering from home, office or destination location you visit. 

How do I redeem my rewards?

It's as easy as placing your regular order from your favourite venue. Your reward will be automatically discounted at the checkout page!
