1. Information on ‘How to enter’ also forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the promoter is Hey You of 11 York Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 Australia 1 (ABN: 34 144 912 158) (“Promoter”).

3. Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years and older (excluding employees of the Promoter and associated agencies and companies, and their immediate families) (“Entrant”). For the purposes of this clause, "immediate families" of an employee includes his or her spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child, step child, adopted child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, siblings, step-siblings, or first cousin.

4. The promotion commences on Wednesday 11th January 2023 at 00:00am AEDST and ends on Wednesday 18th January 2023 at 11:59pm AEDST (“Promotional Period”).

5. Entrants agree and consent to their name being uploaded to, published or re-published on any of the Promoter’s social media channels or websites during and after the Promotional Period, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and www.heyyou.com.au

6. This competition is a game of chance and winners will be randomly selected.

7. One successfully sent feedback survey is counted as one entry to the draw. Only one feedback survey can be sent per Entrant.

8. There will be 4 winners for the Promotional Period. Entrants will enter the draw for when their feedback survey is submitted during the promotional period.

9. Each winner will receive a $250 Hey You voucher.

10. The voucher expires after 36 months and is not redeemable for cash. Once the voucher code is redeemed by the winner, the voucher will immediately be credited to the winner’s Hey You account. Vouchers cannot be re-sold.

11. The Winner will be selected by the Promoter at 11 York Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 Australia. There will be 4 draws at the end of the Promotional Period on Wednesday 18th January 2023.

12. Any changes to this Terms and Conditions are subject to Hey You’s regulations. In the event of state of emergency, terrorism, war or disaster Hey You reserves the right to terminate, cancel, modify or suspend the promotion.

13. The winners will be contacted by a Hey You representative.

14. Hey You including its employees is not liable for any consequences and implications that may arise from your participation in this promotion or from winning the prize.
