Hey You is an app trusted by millions of Australians to order ahead coffee and food from thousands of local venues. It allows employees to browse menus, pre-order items, and skip the queue — adding convenience and saving time every day.

Setting up an account is completely free. There's no IT setup, no admin burden, and no lock-in contracts. Employees simply use the Hey You app with their corporate email address.

In your account there is a section to add your employees, once added they will receive an email notification to sign up to Hey You with their corporate email.

If your employee already has a Hey You account they will be prompted to link their corporate email to their existing Hey You account.

Hey You is live at more than 1,300 venues across Australia, including premium cafés and restaurants in major cities and regional areas — with new venues added regularly.

Yes. You can set flexible allowances and special offers tailored to your company's culture and budget — whether that's a daily coffee credit, a weekly limit, or a one-off reward.

If an order exceeds the set allowance, the employee pays the difference through their personal payment method stored in the app.

Allowances are billed via a simple top-up wallet. You load funds into the wallet and allowances are drawn down as they are allocated to staff. You stay in control of the balance and can top up any time through the Hey You Corporate platform.

Gift card purchases are made directly through the Hey You Corporate platform and invoices are generated immediately. Gift card denominations can be any amount and digital gift cards are emailed directly to staff as purchases are made.

No. Hey You Corporate works for teams of any size — from a 5-person startup to a 5,000-person enterprise.

Yes. Admins can set daily, weekly, or monthly caps per employee to keep budgets predictable and on track.

Absolutely. Many companies use Hey You allowances as a simple, no-fuss reward for team milestones, return-to-office incentives, or Friday treats.
