The BDM role will be building on the existing strong foundation whilst advancing the business with an exciting opportunity to flourish new Hey You Partner relationships with lunch venues in Sydney, Brisbane & Melbourne!

We are looking for a rockstar Business Development Executive to join our teams and have a part in building the city from ground up. This is a truly rare opportunity to join an exciting startup that is just doubling down on its presence all over Australia!

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you will

  • Canvass and acquire new customers within your assigned territory

  • Develop and manage your sales pipeline to drive conversions

  • Meet your sales target and quotas

  • Build close relationships with cafe and restaurant owners to facilitate sales

  • Focus field visits on busy areas within CBD and other areas that would have a great value proposition for HeyYou platform

  • Ensure onboarded cafes and restaurants have a superb experience within their first 4 weeks

  • Have uncapped commissions across your sales

To accomplish this, you will have:

  • Previous 2-3 years sales experience

  • High energy and desire to grow within our company

  • The ability to learn quickly, absorb and retain product knowledge

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills—ability to build rapport and credibility quickly

  • Ability to create and deliver compelling, persuasive arguments to owners of businesses

  • Bachelors degree is desirable

  • A background in the digital food space is a plus
